Translation: If you do something bad and someone sues us because of it, you'll cover the costs.

We may suspend or terminate your subscription if you:

Founding Member Protection: Free lifetime access for founding members will be honored unless the account is terminated for Terms violations.

If you unsubscribe, we'll delete your data per our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by:

• 📍 Laws of the Emirate of Dubai (or RAK if we're based there)

Dispute Resolution Process:

1. Talk to us first: Email [email protected]. We'll try to resolve it informally.
2. Mediation: If that fails, we'll try mediation through a neutral third party.
3. Arbitration: Still not resolved? We'll go to binding arbitration at Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) under UNCITRAL rules, conducted in English.
4. Court (Last Resort): For disputes that can't be arbitrated (like IP claims), we'll use Dubai Courts or DIFC Courts.

For EU subscribers: You retain the right to bring claims in your local EU courts under GDPR.

Costs: Each party pays their own legal fees unless the arbitrator/court decides otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via:

Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you don't agree, unsubscribe before they take effect.
